Architect A.C. Ewart, built as his own house.
- 1987 - Original windows had been replaced with aluminum ones years ago,
house was painted all white and the details disappeared.
- 1988 - New wooden windows were reconstructed.
- 1989 - Exterior was painted in A.C. Ewart’s original colour scheme.
- 1990 - New cedar roof.
- 2010 - Re-roof with fibreglass laminate shingles.
