2103 Fernwood Road
Built 1888-96 by Hutchinson Hodgson.
Restored by three different owners, VHF assisted last two.

1. c.1990 - 1950s aluminum siding was removed.
   
2. 1992 - Belt course & woodwork trim was restored, house was painted in a heritage colour scheme.
   
3. 2003 - VHF researchers found photo from c.1900.
4. 2004 - Porch, finials & roof cresting were restored.
